Understanding Bullying

Students learn how to identify bullying behaviour and how to diffuse bullying situations by using our 3 fundamental steps: Walk Away, Talk Away, and Block Away.

The Bystander

Students learn to S.T.A.N.D.: spot when someone is hurt, think about the fears that make them hesitate to intervene, and a range of action steps to use including Ask, Notify, and Diffuse.

Students learn to identify when they are being manipulated into social bullying, and how to safely aid the target.

Centering Mechanisms
